Evasion and Accuracy Calculation
Normal roll: Calculate Evasion − (target's Accuracy − 100), then clamp the result from 0% to 100%. Displayed Evasion is not first capped at 100%.
Example: 100% Evasion against 130 Accuracy gives 70%. 230% Evasion against 230 Accuracy gives 100%.
Exception: Guaranteed Hit attacks, including enemy Guaranteed Hit abilities and the Sure-Hit Opener in Paradox, always hit and Takes priority over Evasion and negation. Perfect Evasion, Leap, and similar effects roll separately.
During Defensive or Offensive Stance: Normal Evasion; the “always evade the next attack” effects of Evasive Maneuver, Shadow Clone, and Afterimage; and the Perfect Evasion of Sword Dance and Impetus do not work. Leap and a Pet's Shadowstep still work.
