Rune Growth and Gacha Lv

Speed %: An effect rolled by Rune Gacha. For slot 1 at Gacha Lv 33, it can reach +43%. Slots 2 and 3 use a lower effective Lv, so they need different levels to reach the same value. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee the desired effect or value.

Owned Runes: Their values cannot be upgraded later. Draw a Rune with better effects and values, then equip it.

Gacha Lv: Rises with cumulative draws and raises the roll cap of newly drawn Runes. It does not increase values on Runes you already own.

Effect slots: The roll cap uses full Gacha Lv for slot 1, half Lv for slot 2, and for slot 3, Lv is divided into 3 equal parts and 1 part is used. A gold crown also compares the value with that slot's maximum under these rules.
