Every 1 second, gain +1.

Adds the stack value to each weapon Gear's attack element percentage, up to 100% elemental damage. With a sub-weapon equipped, each second—and whenever Backup Power adds stacks—if the sub Gear's element value plus stacks exceeds 100%, at a chance equal to 2 times the excess percentage, gain 1 Elemental Rounds.

Base stack gain is unaffected by G or Quality. Stacks normally last until the end of the Floor without being consumed. Magi Runes can increase, retain, or consume certain stacks.
